1. INTRODUCTION

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the attitudecollection.easy.co website (the "Service") operated by Attitude Collection ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

2.1 Account Creation and Maintenance

When creating an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding the password used to access the Service
  • All activities or actions performed under your password
  • Not disclosing your password to any third party
  • Notifying us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account

3. ORDERING PROCESS

3.1 Order Expiration

Orders will expire and become void after 2 days of inactivity without payment notification. We reserve the right to release your reservation to other customers once your order has expired. To avoid disappointment, please complete payment as soon as possible.

3.2 Product Availability

All purchases are subject to product availability. Despite our system and team's efforts to provide accurate product availability information:

  • We will issue a FULL refund if an item becomes unavailable after purchase
  • Alternatively, you may opt for an exchange or store credit
  • Orders canceled after payment are non-refundable

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

4.1 Measurements

A difference of 2-4 cm between the received item(s) and the provided measurements does not constitute a defect under Malaysian consumer protection regulations.

4.2 Product Appearance

Due to variations in color calibration across electronic devices:

  • Products may appear differently in reality than depicted in images
  • Pictures and videos are for illustration purposes only
  • Product appearance may vary due to editing and studio lighting

5. DELIVERY TERMS

5.1 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible delivery address. In accordance with Malaysian postal and courier service regulations:

  • The cost of re-delivery for bounced parcels will be borne by the customer
  • Bounced parcels unclaimed after 3 months will become the property of Attitude Collection
  • No compensation will be offered for unclaimed parcels after the 3-month period

6. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Attitude Collection. We:

  • Have no control over third-party content, privacy policies, or practices
  • Assume no responsibility for third-party websites or services
  • Are not liable for any damage or loss caused by use of third-party content, goods, or services

7. TERMINATION

7.1 Termination by Attitude Collection

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

7.2 Termination by User

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • Provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time:

  • For material changes, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect
  • What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion
  • By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms
  • If you do not agree to new Terms, you must stop using the Service

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved according to Malaysian law. In accordance with Malaysian legal procedures, parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and Attitude Collection regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
