Terms and Conditions for Online Classes by HTTO Enterprise

By signing up for and participating in our online classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Registration and Payment

Most classes are free of charge, but some sessions may require a small fee. Payment details will be provided during registration for paid classes.


Registration is confirmed only upon full payment (if applicable) or completion of the sign-up form for free classes.


Payments for paid classes are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by HTTO Enterprise.


2. Class Access

The online class link (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms) and any class materials will be sent to the email address provided during registration.


You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for attending the class.


Sharing the class link or materials with non-registered individuals is strictly prohibited.


3. No Recordings Provided

No recordings of the classes will be provided. Participants are encouraged to attend the live session to benefit fully from the class.


4. Intellectual Property

All class content, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and materials, is the intellectual property of HTTO Enterprise.


You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the content without prior written permission from HTTO Enterprise.


5. Participant Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully during the class and refrain from any disruptive or inappropriate behavior.


HTTO Enterprise reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this rule without a refund (if applicable).


6. Liability

HTTO Enterprise is not responsible for any technical issues (e.g., internet connectivity, device malfunctions) that may prevent you from attending or accessing the class.


The class content is provided for educational purposes only. HTTO Enterprise is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided.


7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If HTTO Enterprise needs to cancel or reschedule a class, we will notify you as soon as possible. For paid classes, a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled session will be offered.


If you are unable to attend a live session, no refunds or recordings will be provided.

Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of class registration and communication. HTTO Enterprise will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
