General Guidelines
Return Address:
- Returns and exchanges must be sent to our current business address. Please contact us for the latest return address details.
Agreement to Terms:
- By placing an order with us, you agree to and are bound by our terms and conditions.
International Orders:
- Orders shipped to countries outside Malaysia are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Inspection of Goods:
- Inspect your items upon receipt. Any deficiencies or damages must be reported to our customer service team immediately upon delivery or collection. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your claim.
Return Method:
- If an item was delivered to a Malaysian address, it must be returned via a Malaysian courier service. Returns sent from Singapore or other countries will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in their original condition: UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, with original tags attached.
- Certain items, such as undergarments, earrings, underwear, and bras, are strictly non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Ineligible Returns:
- Returns for reasons such as changes in color, size, or other specifications will not be accepted.
Non-refundable and Non-exchangeable Items:
- Items purchased during clearance sales, promotional campaigns, or those bundled with free gifts, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Store Credit Refunds:
- All approved returns will be refunded as store credit only. Cash refunds are not available.
Return Timeline:
- Submit the return form within 48 hours of receiving your order. Returns must be received by us within 5 days.

Shipping Responsibility:
- Delivery fees for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We are not liable for lost or damaged items before they are received.
Approval Process:
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the buyer. Associated costs will be borne by the buyer.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled after placement during live sessions. Cancellations may result in blacklisting.
- If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund in the form of store credit or to the original payment method.
